Year 7 in France

Year 7 have just returned from a week-long French experience. The week was one of variety and contrast.  From tossing crêpes on Tuesday to visiting the Somme on Wednesday.  The excursions included a visit to a goat farm to learn about cheese making, a market mission to buy lunch and an art workshop in either ceramics or waxed concrete.  There was excellent food all week rounded off by a gastronomic soirée on the final evening which included snails.  Journal writing has been an important part of each day, making sure the boys practise their written French too.
