It was wonderful to see the school burst back into life with the first open weekend of the term.
If you ask any boarder what they like most about boarding the most common answer by far would be having the opportunity to spend time with their friends. With the sun shining and fuelled by a plentiful supply of BBQ meat (and a token piece of salad) the boys did just that, making the most of the Elstree grounds. The most popular game was ‘Slogball’ an interesting variation of croquet and as you can probably imagine, it wasn’t particularly genteel.
The boys were fantastic company throughout and a pleasure to look after.
