Friday Night Street Food
For supper on Friday, the boarders were treated to an evening of Street Food. Lara and her team set up the Mexican themed stalls outside in the sunshine and the boys tucked into a wonderful variety of dishes including slow-cooked smoky pulled pork rolls, Roasted Mexican Street corn salad, 3 pepper cheesy Quesadillas, Asian Lamb Koftas with a coriander and chilli dip…. to name a few! This was followed by churros and chocolate sauce and there was a stall with delicious fresh fruit. It was lovely to enjoy an al fresco supper with a carnival atmosphere!
