Elstree Award PALS visit

Last Saturday we once again welcomed the PALS to the school; it was great to see such a big turnout.  PALS is a local charity that supports children and young adults who have physical disabilities and several times a year they visit Elstree school to do a whole range of different activities.

We started the morning by making biscuits which, once they had been baked, were decorated with sparkles and icing sugar.

After a well-deserved snack we headed out to the school grounds and collected a selection of leaves.  Modelling clay was rolled out and in-prints of the leaves were made.  Mrs Sykelmore has kindly offered to glaze them and fire them. A great morning was had by all thanks to Kit, Mack, Alex, Henry, Charlie, Archie & Zac for all their help.
