Elstree Award – PALS visit on Saturday

Last Saturday the school welcomed children and adult helpers from PALS (Partners for Active Leisure Scheme) for their first visit of the school year.  They started off the morning by making sparkly moon and star mobiles.  As much glitter covered them as the mobiles!  They then visited the chickens and had the opportunity to feed them.  Fortunately the chickens has laid some eggs which the children were delighted about.

The morning was rounded off by decorating garden pots and planting daffodil bulbs, which will hopefully flower in spring of next year. Thanks to David, Zander, Ollie, Johnny & Ben for being such great helpers.
