On the evening of Wednesday, 27th January, the boarders celebrated Burns Night. They had a delicious traditional supper of Haggis with Neeps and Tatties and some salmon for good measure! The dining room was traditionally decorated and Harry Stanwell piped in the Haggis with Mr Smith reciting Robert Burns’ ‘Address to a Haggis’.
Following on from supper it was time for some Scottish reeling, with the boys preforming Strip the Willow and Dashing White Sergeant amongst other dances. It was a very enjoyable evening.
