Boarders Christmas Open Weekend

This weekend the Boarders’ Christmas Party was a festive extravanganza for all involved.  A delicious feast was topped off with an Elstree-fied version of the 12 Days of Christmas, with all boys in fine (!) voice.  Mrs Keane’s improvisation troupe performed with great gusto and entertained us all with their highly original antics!

Sunday morning brought with it the final judging of the Dorm Decoration Competition.  The festivity was almost too much to handle! The boys put in a great deal of effort to make their dorms look glorious, as well as putting together performances to treat the judges with! Sunday afternoon took the Full Boarders plus one or two extras over to Winchester for some ice-skating and Christmas market joy. Those new to ice-skating became quite the Torvill and Deane proficients in the blink of an eye! Home via MacDonalds wrapped up an energetic weekend and all the boys were thoroughly worn out (in the best sort of way!) by the end of it. Here’s to a Merry Christmas!
