The Elstree community took part in Bandanas for Brain Tumours today, in memory of former pupil, Alec Normand. We were raising money for The Brain Tumour Charity which funds vital research, raises awareness and offers support. Since 2015, the charity has committed £20.2 million of funds towards research. One of the key achievements is to have improved early diagnosis of brain tumours, largely through the ‘Headsmart’ campaign. They were awarded Charity of the Year 2018. Thank you to everyone who supported the Bandanas for Brain Tumours charity today – We are delighted to have raised £721.00.
