Personal Assistant to the Headmaster – required from January 2021

An opportunity has arisen at Elstree for a highly organised, friendly and professional Personal Assistant to the Headmaster.  You will provide private and confidential support, facilitating his ability to lead and develop the school.  As well as possessing strong interpersonal skills, you should be a caring, efficient and professional individual, able to communicate effectively and be willing to take on a variety of tasks.  You will become a key member of a happy and settled staff team.

Elstree is a highly successful co-educational boarding and day school with well-motivated and enthusiastic pupils, and a welcoming common room.  It is an exciting and friendly place to work.

About Elstree School

Set in 150 acres of stunning parkland in rural West Berkshire (10 minutes from J12 of the M4), Elstree is an inspiring place to learn. It is a warm, caring school, with inspirational teachers, an exciting curriculum, first class facilities and creative indoor and outdoor learning spaces. In September 2020, Elstree became fully co-educational, and now welcomes boys and girls aged 3 to 13.  From Year 4, pupils can choose to weekly or flexi board.
