A BIG weekend for our Year 6s
Our Year 6s and boarders basked in glorious sunshine this weekend, which meant lots of outdoor activities and the Big Weekend.
Saturday evening was spent learning bush craft skills to make catapults. After all their hard work, the big bonfire in the camping field provided a welcome break to get warm and toast marshmallows.
After a good night’s sleep, Sunday was spent playing 2 hours of laser tag in the woods, followed by a swim and badminton in the sports hall.
As always after supper, the boys learned their spellings and General Knowledge before a nightcap and bed.
Here’s to a week of sunshine and lots more exploring outside.
