Open Boarding Weekend

This weekend the boys enjoyed the early onset of summer by learning the art of croquet and making full use of the school facilities. The waterslide, swimming pool, bikes and cricket equipment were out and the thunderstorm kindly decided to hang on until we’d finished with the outdoors. When the storm came it was very dramatic, with a particularly loud and bright display near midnight. Unbelievably, our worn-out-by-the-fresh-air boys happily slept through the whole thing!

On Sunday there was more summer fun until movies before bed and an early night ahead of what will be a busy week, especially for some of Year 8. Good luck to the Year 8 boarders involved in exams this week!
