Teachers are continually assessing children throughout the year.  We work closely with the parents and actively foster strong links between school and home.  Teachers are readily available for an informal chat at the end of the day.  Experience has shown that when parents feel able to see us with any concerns about their child’s progress or welfare, problems are usually resolved very quickly.  A Parents’ Information afternoon is held early in the Autumn term,  providing an opportunity for the teachers to explain the work being covered in the current academic year.

There is a Parents’ Evening in the Autumn and Lent terms and a full written report is issued at the end of the Autumn and Summer terms.  Additionally, we hold an Open Afternoon each term, enabling the children to show you all of their work.
