A Visit from the Dentist for Year 3
The teeth that we have now should last us a life-time.

On 3rd November Dr Van der Spuy came to visit the Year 3 boys as part of their topic on teeth and diet. It was a very informative session and he reminded the boys how to look after their teeth by not only brushing properly but also by eating the right foods, protecting the teeth during certain sports and by visiting the dentist regularly.

There was an array of objects to look at including: false teeth, rotten teeth, X-Rays and photos of teeth and different types of toothpaste.

"The teeth that we have now, should last us a life-time," the dentist concluded. A very salutary thought.
