Boys of all abilities are able to express themselves through music and song, musical composition and improvisation. The Junior, Senior and Chamber Choirs give opportunities to sing music from religious arias to the latest pop songs! Tuition is available in a large selection of instruments and boys may join a wide variety of instrumental groups to further their skills and enjoyment. Informal concerts encouraging public performance happen regularly. They are supported by staff and pupils alike. Elstree is proud of the 100% pass rates achieved in music exams in recent years and the regular music scholarships that are awarded to our pupils to leading senior independent schools.
